We were instructed to carry out the demolition works to facilitate the new factory extension at Laila’s Fine Foods in Bispham, Lancashire.

The demolition work was carried out in challenging conditions, beneath high voltage overhead power lines and immediately adjacent to a significant sub station. The proximity of these issues, along with the existing factory and neighbouring property meant the utmost attention to safety was critical at all times. Close liaison with the relevant stakeholders and careful planning and execution lead to a successful demolition project.
